How many I feeling?

I have been feeling pretty good! I have been a little tired at times, but over all not too bad. I do take naps with Madeline, which is nice and I guess what is keeping me going. I have felt a good amount of round ligament pains, but I think that is very normal. I have had a couple times when I feel a little nauseous, but nothing too bad. Oh and then I, of course, gag on my tooth brush every morning and night. But over all I have felt really good so far!
