1st Appointment

My first appointment was today at 10:30. Madeline came with me...which will not happen again! She was all over the place, but they did love seeing her again. They couldn't believe she was already 14 months! I met with one of the student midwives! We went over all of my current information and since nothing really changed we were able to get through that really quickly. Then Madeline went and played with Dee (the new midwife) while I got my examination. Everything looks good and I am right on schedule at 9 weeks. The student midwife set my due date as May 16th, but I am going to continue with May 21st since I go late anyway. We did not even try to listen to the heartbeat b/c it is still a little early...which is why daddy didn't even come. I think he will try to make the next one which is on Nov. 9th.
